Prior to founding PARC Street Partners with Chris Jones, Bruce spent over ten years at OM Financial Group specializing in Supplemental Executive Retirement plans, with a focus on split dollar plans. At OM Financial, Bruce and Chris implemented over 200 split dollar plans in the credit union and non-profit industry.

Bruce brings more than four decades of experience in financial services and prides himself on radical responsiveness and exceptional service. Bruce works with a highly experienced team of executive benefits consultants with one of the broadest backgrounds in the SERP industry.

Based in Syosset, NY, Bruce’s background includes working as Managing Director of Archery Capital, a New York-based investment and venture capital firm; Senior Internet Analyst at Jefferies & Company and Merrill Lynch; and Senior Technology Analyst at Morgan Stanley Asset Management. Bruce has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has also earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA). He has appeared on CNBC and 60 Minutes and been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times as well as numerous trade publications.

Chris is a Senior Executive Benefits Consultant and Financial Services professional. Prior to founding PARC Street Partners with Bruce Smith, Chris spent over 10 years at OM Financial Group specializing in Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans, with a focus on split dollar plans. At OM Financial, Chris and Bruce implemented over 200 split dollar plans nationwide in the credit union and non-profit industry.

Chris has more than 33 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on helping individuals and organizations win the financial game of life. Chris works with his partners who have a broad range of backgrounds within the credit union industry. The team’s single focus is to help ensure successful transitions in organizational leadership.

During his career, Chris has moved vertically, with positions ranging from financial advisor to lead managing partner at Thrivent Financial in the Northeast. Chris’ work has included all areas of financial planning over the years including estate planning, investment planning, retirement planning and business succession planning. Chris has attained several designations including Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).

He has always been an active community volunteer. He is past Board Chair of the Board of both the Long Island Lutheran High School and Lutheran Social Services of New York and a past board member of The Lutheran Care Network and Coburg Village. Chris has received numerous awards including Wheat Ridge Ministries “Seeds of Hope” award; LCMS Atlantic District’s “Witness in the Public Square” award; and Long Island Lutheran High School’s “Rev. Ed Visscher” award. Chris currently resides in Greenville, SC, with his wife Madelaine.

Tim is a Senior Executive Benefits Consultant and Financial Services professional. Prior to joining PARC Street Partners, Tim worked with OM Financial Group for five years, which allowed him to provide a broad range of services and unique consulting expertise to his clients. Tim has more than 15 years of experience partnering with credit unions for retention and recruitment of executive teams. He provides exceptional service, recommends innovative ideas & concepts and utilizes blue chip quality products to address the unique needs of each client.

Tim began his financial services career in 2006 as an Executive Recruiter with D. Hilton & Associates as well as 7 years at JMFA where he was the Vice President of Projects, consulting with credit union professionals and boards while conducting executive searches and implementing strategies to attract and retain executives.

Tim studied both Business and Music and earned his Bachelor of Science from North Central University. He is active in his church and volunteers in his local community. Tim resides in the Houston area with his wife Morgan and son Peter.

Tammy has worked in the financial services/credit union industry for 35 years. Prior to moving to PARC Street Partners, Tammy spent five years at OM Financial Group. She takes pride in the exceptional service and innovative executive benefit solutions she provides for credit unions. Tammy was previously Vice President of Sales & Member Relations in the Southeast with CUES for over 7+ years where she worked with many credit union executives and board members in the areas of talent development, strategy, and governance. Tammy began her financial services career at Fairwinds Credit Union (Formerly Navy Orlando FCU) and worked there for over 16 years in various capacities, leaving as President of Fairwinds Financial Services, LLC. She has also worked as an AVP for SWBC and started her own consulting business.

Tammy graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Supervision. She has earned multiple designations in the credit union and insurance industry. She recently earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation, showing her commitment to her career and clients. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys cooking and yoga; she earned her 500-hour certified yoga teacher credentials and plans to volunteer her time to senior centers and veterans when she retires.

Before joining PARC Street Partners, Kirk Kordeleski was a partner at OM Financial Group for four years, where he refined his skills in Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs), particularly focusing on split-dollar plans. In his current role at PARC Street Partners, Kirk integrates his experience with an innovative approach to credit union strategy and executive benefits consulting. He possesses an adept understanding of credit union leadership teams' complex needs, enabling him to create SERPs that blend innovation with customization.

With over 40 years of experience in the credit union industry, Kirk has accumulated a wealth of insights and knowledge. He spent 15 years at Bethpage FCU as CEO and served as EVP of Strategy & IT prior to that. In addition, Kirk worked at Bank Fund Staff FCU as a vice president. Beyond traditional credit union roles, Kordeleski has made significant strides in the fintech space. In addition to co-founding multiple firms specializing in credit union strategy and digital transformation, he holds advisory/board positions with several fintech startups.

On the community front, Kirk has a commitment to combining professional excellence with meaningful community engagement and extends to leadership roles in Long Island's foremost business association as well as United Way.

Prior to joining PARC Street Partners, Nicole spent 8 years at OM Financial Group. Nicole is an essential part of our team. Her extensive customer service background translates into unparalleled dedication and client satisfaction. She manages all the cases through implementation, once they are approved by the board. Her expertise in the management of credit union Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) and dedication to radical service makes her an integral part of our Client Services team.

Nicole is the primary point of contact for our clients and plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of PARC Street Partners from plan implementation to ongoing maintenance and, most importantly, orchestrating the annual income withdrawal process to retired executives.

Nicole resides on Long Island, NY with her newborn son, Luca and her dog Georgia.

Prior to joining PARC Street Partners, Emily spent ten years at Commonwealth Financial Group focusing solely on credit union Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans (SERPs) with a particular expertise in split dollar plans. She has a passion for building strong, long-lasting relationships. Emily has made a name for herself as a trusted industry expert having helped hundreds of current and retired credit union executives fully understand and maximize the benefits of their SERP plans.

Emily started her career in financial services at MassMutual in 2001 beginning in the life insurance call center and progressing to concierge level service and new business processing. From there, she was hired by one of the top insurance producers in the nation and worked at The Meltzer Group in Bethesda, MD for three years. She returned to MassMutual in 2010 where she worked in compensation design before joining Commonwealth Financial Group in 2014.

Emily resides in Springfield, MA with her two amazing children, Joshua and Amara.
